The Anima-Mates give the senshi a hard time in the Sailormoon Sailor Stars season. They're headed by Galaxia, who has taken over all the universe except our solar system.

All Anima-Mates have power bracelets. They can't live without them, so if they break, they die. Actually, all of the Anime-Mates are other Sailor Senshi from all over the universe that have been turned evil by the bracelets that bind them. When Galaxia goes from planet to planet and beats the Sailor Senshi of that planet, she gives them two choices. The first is to die. The other is to take her bracelets and be her servant. Anima-Mates are those that took the latter option. The Anima-Mates also travel from their base to Tokyo via telephone booth.

Anima-Mates search for Starseeds, which are the souls of soldiers. Everyone has a Starseed, but the Starseeds that shine forever are those of true senshi. If a senshi's Starseed is taken from their body, they die. If Galaxia gets every single Starseed, there will be no senshi to stop her, and she will finally have full possession of every part of the universe.

- - - - - - - - - - /// Sailor Iron Mouse

Sailor Iron Mouse is the first Anima-Mate. She's quite stylish, wearing pin-striped suits and looking like a gangster most of the time. When she's in her evil persona, she's whiny and has power bracelets like all the other Anima-Mates. Iron Mouse thinks she's very sophisticated, but she's immature instead. Her targets are always good looking guys, and she can't stand going after unattractive men.

Iron Mouse is one of the only villains who doesn't listen to Sailormoon's speeches. One time, while Sailormoon was in the middle of a speech, she said, "Hi? Hello? Excuse me? Alright I'm leaving." And simply left. She can be quite sly sometimes, like when she had Seiya/ Starfighter in a complicated situation by threatening to tell Sailormoon her real identity.

Iron Mouse had very valuable info for Galaxia and she was about to steal the four Starseeds of Sailormoon and the Starlights, when her phone rang. See, the way that she contacts Galaxia is by phone. It's no normal phone, but a little black one that doesn't have a dial. It appears beside Iron Mouse when Galaxia needs to talk to her. Though Iron Mouse had valuable information, Galaxia didn't listen to her and took her bracelets, killing her instead.

- - - - - - - /// Sailor Aluminum Siren

Sailor Aluminum Siren replaced Sailor Iron Mouse. She's whiny, egotistical and a complete airhead, but often is feisty and has an attitude that gets her into trouble. For example, when she fails, she won't bow down or apologize to Galaxia but rather, whine and say, "But it wasn't my fault." That's mainly the reason she was killed by Galaxia.

When she's with Sailor Lead Crow, it's quite a combination. They're a lot like Rei and Usagi, with Lead Crow as Rei and Aluminum Siren as Usagi. Lead Crow calls her "my greatest rival," but they're actually good friends and Aluminum Siren is too much of an airhead to understand what she means.

Aluminum Siren did close to absolutely nothing on her job; Lead Crow did everything. Lead Crow got her targets for her and told Siren what to do, while Siren thanked her politely, being a complete airhead as usual. Siren also passes out her card to everyone, even if it's in the middle of a battle. She'd calmly go up to the sailor senshi and give them her business card.

Whenever something goes wrong, Aluminum Siren gets hungry. Actually, she is constantly eating. One would most likely to see her with a cookie on the job. She also puts her lunch before her responsibilities, which angers Lead Crow. Eventually, Galaxia kills Siren for her incompetence and complete ignorance, as well as bad attitude.

- - - - - - - - - - /// Sailor Lead Crow

Sailor Lead Crow is the third Anima-Mate. When Sailor Aluminum Siren first appeared, Crow resented her and they were always fighting. However, as time went on, they developed a relationship. Lead Crow calls Aluminum Siren her greatest rival, but instead she nags her to do her job and helps her out.

Sailor Lead Crow is a lot like Sailormars, which makes me wonder if the Anima-Mates have Sailor senshi counterparts. If that's true, I think that Iron Mouse would be Venus' counterpart, Aluminum Siren Mercury's counterpart, Lead Crow Mars', and Tin Nyako Jupiter's. But that's a stretch. Lead Crow acts a lot like Sailormars and the friendship between her and Aluminum Siren is a lot like the friendship between Rei and Usagi.

Even though Lead Crow had a healthy relationship with Aluminum Siren, she never quite got along with Tin Nyako at all. Unfortunately, right as Lead Crow was about to take Sailormoon's star seed, Tin Nyako showed up and Lead Crow was "accidentally" sucked into a black hole that she created.

- - - - - - - - - - /// Sailor Tin Nyako

The last of the Anima-Mates: Tin Nyako. She appears before Siren's death, telling Galaxia of her failures. Siren's death was largely her doing.

Sailor Lead Crow resented Tin Nyako's appearance and they always fought. They were teamed up after Siren was killed and they could never get along. Tin Nyako always said bad things about Aluminum Siren and called her desk "trash," which angered Crow, who said that she and Nyako were different and that Nyako could never understand how she felt. Nyako asked why, and Crow told her that she didn't know what it was like to have a rival.

Sailor Tin Nyako eventually fouled up one of Crow's attacks, right when Crow was about to get all of the senshi's Starseeds starting with Sailormoon's. Tin Nyako "accidentally" released a black hole and Crow was sucked into it.

After Crow was gone, Nyako was the only Anima Mate left. Sailormoon actually managed to heal her halfway. When Sailormoon used her attack against Nyako, she broke one of Nyako's bracelets, resulting in Nyako's black outfit to turn white on the side that the bracelet broke. At Nyako's last showdown with the senshi, Nyako was extremely confused. Her good side and the side of her that had been turned evil by Galaxia kept going against each other. She would say, "You're going to be punished for doing this to me!" and then she'd all of a sudden change and say, "No! I should be the one punished for doing all these bad things!"

Before Sailormoon had a chance to completely heal Nyako, Galaxia took her remaining bracelet, killing her.

- - - - - - - - - - /// Galaxia

Galaxia is pure evil; The great evil force of Chaos inhabits her body. In the beginning of Sailor Stars, she released Neherenia. She captured Mamoru's plane when he went to study at Harvard and took his star seed (he's technically the "senshi" of Earth). She is so powerful that she conquered the entire universe except for our solar system. Each planet has a Sailor Senshi, and she's made all of them either join her, or killed them.

However, Galaxia was also once a normal senshi. She was the guardian senshi of the galaxy. When Chaos attacked the universe, the only way to keep him from destroying the universe was to seal him inside her own body, and that's what Galaxia did. Eventually, she couldn't fight him anymore and he took control over her body, sealing her with the bracelets on her wrist.

Galaxia sent her Starseed out into space, hoping that someone would find it and stop her. That Starseed is Chibichibi. It's the light of hope; the only thing that can beat Chaos. Chibichibi landed on Earth to find the sailor senshi. At the last battle, Chibichibi turned into Sailor Cosmos, then to a sword which Sailormoon was to use to fight Galaxia. Sailormoon refused to fight Galaxia and saw through the Chaos that had taken over her. She freed the evil that inhabited Galaxia and dispersed it to where it belonged: in the hearts of everyone.

Afterwards, Galaxia left to return the Starseeds that she had taken back to the senshi that they belonged to.
