- - - - - - - - - - /// Jadeite

Jadeite is the first of Queen Beryl's generals. Unlike the rest,
he posed as different humans rather than a single identity. He even once hit on Usagi when she
played a
photographer and he a ship's captain. Usagi thought him to be quite cute in
return.
Jadeite's goal was to gather energy. He wasn't too successful, but he did find out Sailormoon's true identity. He was destroyed not by Sailormoon, but by Queen Beryl, which was too bad because Jadeite was about to tell Queen Beryl Sailormoon's identity. Too bad that always happens. Really, those villains never learn. In the DiC version they called it "sleeping forever" when Beryl killed Jadeite, but that's just sugarcoating. He was killed in cold blood. Kicked the bucket, he did.
- - - - - - - - - - /// Nephrite

Nephrite, Queen Beryl's second general, sought guidance from the
stars. He had one identity on earth that he used to get
around with: a
millionaire named Sanjouin Masato. Nephrite was a pretty smart guy. He also
figured out Sailormoon's identity when he lured Usagi into a trap and saw her
transform (shame on that silly Usagi for being
so careless!).
Nephrite really didn't get along with Zoisite. The latter was next in line to be Beryl's leading general, Nephrite standing in his way. Zoisite figured out Nephrite's weakness; Naru, Usagi's friend. So Zoisite kidnapped Naru and told Nephrite that if he didn't come to save her, she would be killed.
Unlike the other generals, Nephrite repented and "turned good," so to say. But alas! Zoisite killed Nephrite right as he was saving Naru, realizing that he didn't want to be evil anymore.
- - - - - - - - - - /// Zoisite

Zoisite is Beryl's third general and got the most done. He was
basically a student of Kunzite, but their relationship went further than just
that. His mission was to collect the seven
nijizuishou to make the ginzuishou appear, and he did just that.
Unfortunately for Zoisite, he was blinded by hatred and killed Tuxedo Kamen, something Queen Beryl told him strictly not to do. Because of his high treason against Queen Beryl's wishes, she terminated him. Tuxedo Kamen was brought back to life, but the same can't be said for Zoisite.
- - - - - - - - - - /// Kunzite

Kunzite is Queen Beryl's last general. He was Zoisite's teacher, though their
relationship went deeper than that. There are
many hints throughout the season of the romantic
aspect of the relationship between these two, especially when
Kunzite was killed. He declared, as he died,
that he was finally going to join Zoisite in
death.
Kunzite and Evil Prince Edymion had plenty of petty fights. Kunzite hated evil Prince Edymion/ Tuxedo Kamen because he'd get more attention from Queen Beryl. It seemed as if Edymion were slowly taking Kunzite's place. Not to mention, it was indirectly Edymion's fault that Zoisite got killed. They just didn't get off on the right foot.
Kunzite's goal was to regain the ginzuishou from the sailor senshi, but he died in a battle against Sailormoon when she hit his own boomerang attack back at him. And so the last of the generals perished, leaving only Queen Beryl and evil Edymion.
- - - - - - - - - - /// Queen
Beryl

Ho ho! You thought Queen Beryl was the main bad
guy, didn't you? You're sorely mistaken. As
Queen Beryl had her generals, she was a
subordinate herself of Queen Metallica. However, Queen
Metallica didn't yet possess the power to go about her
own bidding, so Queen Beryl became the main
ringleader throughout the first season.
Queen Beryl was in love with Mamoru/ Prince Edymion, and despised Sailormoon/ Princess Serenity for obvious reasons. Her goal was to capture the ginzuishou. Her first attempt to attain the crystal was in the past, at the time of the Moon Kingdom, when she tried to take it from Queen Serenity. Instead Queen Serenity was able to trap Queen Beryl in the ginzuishou, at the same time trapping the entire Moon Kingdom. Using her last amount of energy, she sent the ginzuishou and everyone in it to the future so that the senshi could destroy Beryl if she ever tried to attack again.
When all of Queen Beryl's generals were gone and she was fighting Sailormoon, she asked for a maximum amount of Dark energy from Queen Metallica. Sailormoon was almost defeated but the other senshi were behind her and gave her the energy they needed to defeat her.
- - - - - - - - - - /// Queen Metallica
Queen Metallica is the ruler of the Dark Kingdom. Her form is that of a reddish liquid, much like blood. When Metallica speaks to Queen Beryl, the liquid shows black waves that somewhat represent sound waves. Queen Metallica is the backbone of the Dark Kingdom, while Beryl is her minion.
Queen Metallica gave Beryl the energy to turn Mamoru against the senshi. However, the energy wasn't quite enough to defeat the senshi, and she and Queen Beryl were killed in the end.
