- - - - - - - - - - /// Amazon Trio

The Amazon trio are three men. Their job is to go into the dreams of people and find Pegasus. Pegasus hides in a person's dreams, and they intend to find out who the host is by attacking their victims and looking into their Dream Mirrors. They hang out in a bar in the main Deadmoon Circus tent in their spare time, choosing the victim from a pile of photographs based on their preferences. Nearly all their victims are female (Tigerseye likes young, Hawkseye the older type), while Fisheye chooses the males.

They disguise themselves in order to get close to the victims. Now, why would that be such an immediate threat to the senshi? Well Pegasus is a friend of Chibiusa and he's very powerful. But you would still think that the senshi wouldn't be too good at fighting the Trio if they weren't doing some noticeable harm. You see, the Trio figure that if they kill each person who's dreams they enter, then they will reduce the amount of dreams Pegasus can go in to. So their goal is to kill every victim after they've targeted them. Make sense? I think so.

- - - - - - - - - - /// Fisheye

Fisheye is actually a fish turned human by Zirconia's magic. He looks a lot like a girl and sounds like one, but he's a guy. His tastes run to the male gender, which disgusts and amazes his two friends. Fisheye often disguises himself as either a girl or a feminine man. He also discovers Sailormoon's true identity, so he's a smart guy.

Fisheye was the first of the Amazon Trio to doubt their mission. It was he who figured out that for some reason, The Trio didn't have beautiful dreams like regular humans did. He wanted to be human, to have beautiful dreams like them. In one episode, Mamoru was his target. Fisheye dressed as a woman and tried to get Mamoru to fall in love with him. It seemed for a while that Fisheye was seriously in love with Mamoru, but Mamoru rebuffed him. Fisheye asked what Mamoru found so attractive in Usagi, and he replied, "She has lots of beautiful dreams." Fisheye started to disobey Zirconia and to doubt his appearance.

Fisheye sacrificed himself and the Amazon Trio to save Sailormoon's broken Dream Mirror in the end. He's quite valiant, misunderstood, and my personal favorite of the Trio.

- - - - - - - - - - /// Hawkseye

Hawkseye is a hawk turned human by Zirconia's magic, hence his name. His victims are older women. According to him, they're more experienced, have more money in which to spend on him, and have a nice perfume scent. He and Tigerseye often fight over which age group is better, since Tigerseye prefers younger women. This leads to many a petty competition, such as when they competed to see who was better at getting their victim (who was Minako).

Hawkseye is the laid back one of the group. He doesn't get bent out of shape over anything, and doesn't talk excessively. In that manner he's quite the opposite of Tigerseye, who he usually teases for being such an airhead. Hawkseye usually listens to Zirconia's orders without questioning them, but doesn't hold back from making fun of her behind her back.

- - - - - - - - - - /// Tigerseye

Tigerseye is a tiger in his true form, and is sort of the leader of the Trio, also the one of which we see the most. He carries a whip as a weapon. When it's his turn to find a victim, he always goes after the younger women. One time he even attacked a girl who about Chibiusa's age. He's a bit psychotic. Whenever he fails he starts freaking out at the Deadmoon Circus bar. Tigerseye is generally very high strung.

Tigerseye is probably the most immature of the Trio; no wonder he goes for the younger types. He gets worked up and worries about what Zirconia is going to do whenever he fails. He's sort of a, so to say, "womanly" man. He really cares about his appearance and he's just so high-strung, with quite some pride and an ego. Tigerseye loves himself, and is damn proud of it. He and Hawkseye are a lot like brothers; they're always arguing and teasing each other.

- - - - - - - - - - /// Amazon Quartet

The Amazon Quartet are the next group after the Trio assigned to find Pegasus. They are four young girls and work for Neherenia and the Deadmoon Circus because they want to stay children forever, and Neherenia's magic allows them to do just that.

The Quartet have sailor senshi attributes and counterparts. As a member of the Amazon Quartet, VesVes is very playful and basically stages the Deadmoon Circus. Although the four work for Zirconia in finding the Dream Mirrors, they prefer to spend their time playing and doing nothing in particular. They have a motto which they tend to chant over and over again, that being: "Dreams... Dreams of children... Dreams... Dreams of Children... have bright luminance and emit bright lights... Dreams... Dreams of Children..." Etc. Many of their games include hide and seek and playing with Zircon. They tend to be incredibly lazy as well and can be found resting while they get back massages and facials.

These four have attitude. When Zirconia ask them what they're doing to find Pegasus, they reply: "We haven't done anything," and, "Why should we take orders from you?" They are actually very strong and could easily take down Zirconia; Zirconia is bluffing when she says that she can beat them.

To get the Dream Mirrors, all of them have pool sticks and balls. They take very good aim and shoot. Surprisingly, they never miss. No matter how much the victim may duck or jump out of the way, the ball always manages to bounce off in a zillion directions and hit them, causing the Dream Mirror to fly out. To call on their Lemures (monsters), they focus on their shadow and an evil face (much like the face on Zirconia's clothes) appears. The face jumps out and takes its first form. There are two forms for them, the first is much more compacted and smaller, but when it takes a type of half-human form, it grows a face in the stomach area and swallows the dream mirror.

- - - - - - - - - - /// VesVes

VesVes is a Sailormars wannabe, a take charge kind of girl. She is pushy, bossy, spiteful and ambitious. She specializes in gymnastics and back flips in the circus and is the leader type. When the Amazon Quartet challenged Zirconia at the beginning, VesVes was the one to take the offensive. She also took the first mission that Zirconia assigned to the girls, more than ready to welcome the adventure and show off her leadership qualities.

Because she enjoys being in the spotlight, VesVes tries to make grand entrances, such as banging on a piano and so on. VesVes believes that she is very sophisticated as well and believes in getting a job done quickly so she can have more time to play.

- - - - - - - - - - /// JunJun

JunJun is very careful in recognizing her victims. She squints real hard before deciding whether they are the right person for the Dream Mirror. JunJun doesn't just start shooting for the Dream Mirror right away, like many of the other girls do. She prefers to help the victim achieve their dream before she takes their Dream Mirror. She believes that the victims should get a chance to reach their goal before their ambition is stolen away. Plus, in typical JunJun fashion, she reasons that by doing that, she was humanely ensuring that the victim wouldn't need the Dream Mirror anymore.

JunJun is extra nice to her victims who are children, because she understands the pressures kids suffer. She doesn't care about the kind of victims she gets assigned to. There are times where the rest of the Amazon Quartet decide that they don't want a certain assignment and they leave JunJun to do it. But if the rest of the Amazon Quartet are fighting over a certain target, she'd fight too, wanting the honor of being the one assigned with the mission.

JunJun specializes in performing stunts on the tight-rope in the Circus and she is known for her stubbornness and determination. Guess who's JunJun's counterpart senshi is? Sailorjupiter.

- - - - - - - - - - /// CereCere

CereCere is classy; she has an extremely calm composure, even when angry her motto is: "Don't get mad, get even." She's smart and sly. While JunJun, VesVes, and PallaPalla argue over a mission, CereCere calmly goes up to them and uses a special plant to release sleeping gas, causing them to fall asleep. She then takes over the mission. CereCere is very good in talking people out of or into things; she knows exactly which words to use.

CereCere prefers to target men when aiming for Dream Mirrors. Just as the males start to react, whether interestedly or not, she immediately reverts into her normal outfit and takes the Dream Mirror. Sometimes when she isn't interested in her victim, she still likes to hear their stories about their ambitions. CereCere also specializes in plants. They have special powers that she controls, whether to become a giant Venus fly trap or a sleeping plant. She's the counterpart of Sailorvenus.

- - - - - - - - - - /// PallaPalla

PallaPalla's role in the circus involves riding on a unicycle and juggling items. One might call her the best magician of the Amazon Quartet as well. She has some of the neatest tricks and powers, one of which include switching things.

PallaPalla is very childish. She always refers to herself in third person, i.e.: "PallaPalla doesn't like to be ordered around by people." She never pays attention to work and is usually out to have fun. She's actually an airhead and constantly asks the rest of the Quartet to play with her. They usually ignore her and tell her to play by herself, and that's what she usually does. She loves to play with dolls and such.

PallaPalla loves being the center of attention. She holds a storybook theater in a park where she tells sick stories which, in her own opinion, are great. Example: "There once was a princess who had a lover. A wizard killed the lover so she killed herself." When her stories cause her audience to yell and taunt her, she proceeds to get  all of their Dream Mirrors. PallaPalla is more concerned for quantity than quality. If Zirconia doesn't assign her a specific target, she'll just go attract a crowd and attack.

PallaPalla loves toys and most of her Lemures are jack-in-the-boxes, black top hats with rabbits, bowling pins, etc. She's the counterpart of Sailormercury.

- - - - - - - - - - /// Zirconia

This odd, bug-like thing is Zirconia, a henchman-type for Queen Neherenia. She's tells the Amazon Trio what to do and all that loveliness. Zirconia made the Amazon Trio from animals: a hawk, a tiger, and a fish. On top of her staff, there is an eyeball/bat creature. It's called Zircon, and it's Zirconia's pet. She also controls the Amazon Quartet and what trouble they cause. She  tries to control them, at least.

Zirconia has got to be the ugliest villain ever created in the BSSM series.

The Amazon Quartet make fun of her and call her "Granny Zirconia." The Amazon Trio also talk taunt her behind her back. Needless to say, nobody gives Zirconia any respect. Everyone makes fun of her being so old. The Quartet say they hope that they never ever get to be as old as she is.

- - - - - - - - - - /// Queen Neherenia

A long time ago, there was a kingdom called the Silver Millennium. That kingdom was ruled by Queen Serenity and was prosperous. There was also a Queen of darkness who was watching Silver Millennium from a cold, dark, small planet. The Queen of darkness was jealous of the prosperity of the Moon Kingdom. She wanted to take control of that kingdom somehow.

Eventually, the Queen of darkness learned of the existence of a stone with miraculous power. With the power of that stone, she could be the Queen of the moon, or she could control everything. That stone, the Golden Crystal, was protected by a boy in a sacred place on Earth. The feeling was hard to understand by the Queen herself, but at that moment, for some reason, the Queen wanted the boy also. She asked the boy if he would like to control the world together with the power of the Golden Crystal.

But instead, when she reached for the crystal, it erupted into holy flames as protection. Because of the sacred flames, the Queen of darkness couldn't get the Golden Crystal. In addition, she was sealed into the darkness of the New Moon by the White Moon Queen. But the evil queen was looking for this chance; if she could get the power of the Golden Crystal, she could break the seal. During a solar eclipse, she sent her family and captured the boy.

That evil Queen is Neherenia, the head and ringleader of the Deadmoon Circus. The White Moon Queen refers to Queen Serenity, and the boy that protects the Golden Crystal is none other than Elios/ Pegasus. Neherenia believes that she is the rightful Moon Princess and hates Sailormoon, the real Moon Princess, for obvious reasons.

Neherenia has a huge ego. That might be why the Dead Moon Circus is based off of mirrors; she likes to look at herself in mirrors a lot and loves to be complimented and flattered. Neherenia also has a way of seeing through people's eyes, and the emotions they're feeling due to the reflections there. She's a complicated character, adding quite a twist to the series.
