- - - Moon Tiara Action
This is the first power that Usagi is given as Sailormoon. With this attack, she takes her tiara off and throws it as a frisbee. In Sailormoon R, it is hardly used (only when she is extremely determined to do something and her long attacks won't help her), and eventually stops working altogether.

- - - Moon Power
Another power used in the first season. This is a small pen that allows Usagi to transform into someone else. This neat and underused item disguises Usagi as needed, allowing her to follow people and go where she normally could not go. She uses it more in the manga than in the anime, and as the series progresses, stops using it completely. Minako once uses it to disguise herself as Sailormoon in order to hide her identity in Sailormoon S.

- - - Moon Princess Halatation
This power is used in Sailormoon R when Sailormoon's tiara stops working. She uses her Moon Wand for this attack, and it pretty much has the same function as the tiara did, but it's supposedly stronger and more up to date, so that it matches the power of the current enemies.

- - - Moon Healing Escalation
Sailormoon uses this power on monsters that are too powerful and can't be defeated with her Moon Princess Halatation attack. It sends out a powerful beam of energy and usually defeats enemies in one blow.

- - - Moon Spiral Heart Attack
Sailormoon says this as she uses her Spiral Moon Heart Rod. Used in the Sailormoon S season, this generates a spiral beam of hearts, which then eliminates daimons. Just before they are killed, a huge heart goes through them, and they yell, "Lovely!" This is so the daimons would see something beautiful right before they die.

- - - Rainbow Moon Heart Ache
This was basically the same attack as "Moon Heart Spiral Attack." The name was changed because the attack is made by Super Sailormoon. It's a more powerful version of the attack above.

- - - Moon Gorgeous Meditation
By saying this and using her moon kaleidoscope, Sailormoon generates a beam of light to eliminate the enemy.

- - - Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss
Saying this and using her Eternal Tiara, Sailormoon sends out pink beams of light to destroy her enemy. This is used in the Sailor Stars season, in her final form as Eternal Sailormoon.

- - - Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss
In this attack Sailormoon uses her Moon Power Tiara. It's her final, most developed, and strongest attack.

- - - - - - - - - - /// Usagi in Depth

Usagi is a clumsy, whiny, lazy crybaby when we see her at first, but her attitude changes after the first couple of seasons as she gains maturity, strength, responsibility, and courage.

We meet Usagi, who goes to Juuban Junior High School with her best friend Naru as the rest of the inner senshi (exception for Rei) join her there. She lives with her parents and her younger brother Shingo. One could say that she's the only one of the senshi to have a relatively normal family. Normal that is, all until Usagi becomes a senshi and Luna, Chibiusa, and later Chibichibi join the Tsukino family.

Usagi has three lives throughout the series. In the past as Princess Serenity, present as Tsukino Usagi/ Sailormoon, and future as Neo Queen Serenity. As Sailormoon, she is the leader of the senshi. She is the most powerful senshi and has the most transformations and attacks. Sailormoon is also the keeper of many important items such as the ginzuishou and the Holy Grail.

Usagi is the first senshi to be found. On her way to school one day, she saved a black cat from being tormented by three boys. She removed the band-aid on the cat's forehead, revealing a crescent moon "bald spot," as she referred to it. Later the same black cat (Luna, of course) gave Usagi a brooch that would transform her, whenever she yelled "Moon Crystal Power, Make Up!" into the sailor suited pretty soldier of justice, Sailormoon. Of course at first Usagi found this all to be absurd and took it as a joke; all until she realized that it involved real combat and the lives of people.

Now, all of that responsibility of being a senshi would be a big burden on almost anyone, but especially for a girl like Usagi. She's constantly late, always thinking of boys or food, doesn't have a strong sense of responsibility, and doesn't do well in school. What she does have is a good heart, a firm belief in her friends, and the potential to gain strength and maturity as she grows. Eventually she does come to fill this potential, but it takes her a while and she goes through many trials.

In the first season it's obvious that Usagi isn't predisposed to being a super hero. When facing an enemy, she'd sometimes cry or whine. Soon however, she learns that she carries a great power within and that, in some situations, it's up to her and only her to use that power and save her friends, family, and the world (or Tokyo. Tokyo, the world, same thing). There are still times that she falters, but after a while she gains a lot of determination.

Usagi also learns a shocking secret in that first season: she was Princess Serenity of the Moon in the past, and is the bearer of the ginzuishou (Silver Crystal). Even later on, Usagi finds out that she's Neo Queen Serenity in the future, the ruler of the world from future Crystal Tokyo. At first Usagi resents the responsibility that these positions give her, but she understands that she must accept and use her power to protect people. And if Usagi's anything, she's definitely protective.

Usagi's an extremely open girl, and that's why she's so approachable and always has so many friends. She wears her heart on her sleeve, and never judges people on first appearances. In that manner she's a people person. She befriends Ami, Makoto, Rei and Minako while they were lonely and had no one else. She has a great capacity to sympathize with people and share their problems as if they were her own.

Although Usagi has any number of faults, she's a very friendly and unpretentious girl. Most people who meet her end up liking her and she has no trouble making friends. Rei is Usagi's best friend in the anime, but Usagi is also close with the rest of the senshi. She's also snagged a boyfriend in Mamoru, and it has to be true love if he's able to put up with Usagi's and Chibiusa's constant bickering.
