Onda-san is responsible for Misako-sensei to turn in all of her articles and writings on time so that he could take them to the editing staff and then publish them. I think that if he doesn't get her writings in on time, he gets stuck in the editing room and has to edit them himself or something. There was a time when Misako-sensei kept running away from him when he said, "Please... If I turn one more paper in late, it's the editing room for me again..." and I'm not exactly sure what that means. ^^ Mostly, Onda is just there for comical purposes whenever Misako-sensei runs away from him or someone tramples him or something. Onda-san
is Misako-sensei's manager/editor. He is usually hanging around
the Kurata residence and you'll most likely find him chasing
around Misako-sensei, begging her to turn in the script or
writing that is due. As Rei once evaluated on the characteristic
calculator, Onda-san is a very honest person who has a hard time
keeping secrets. He is a lot like Rei, in that he is too much of
a nice guy and he is always pushed around and teased by
Misako-sensei.
